- Look at various theoretical models including TA in relation to depression.
- Explore the developmental roots contributing to depression.

ways of working with clients to help them understand and resolve their depression.
- Explore your own and others’experiences of depression as a way of increasing your empathy and ability to be therapeutically present with clients.
- Increase your strategies for self-care and support.
