cannot control.
- Recognise the signs and symptoms of stress.
- Identify your personal styles and strategies for coping with stress and build on those that are effective.

on personal changes necessary to reduce stress, release your positive energies and experience peace of mind.
- Gain a variety of stress management strategies including-: meditation, breathing techniques, learning to express feelings healthily and finding support networks.
- Practise
relaxation techniques to help reduce stress and induce calm.
- Make action plans and work out what support you need.
