For people who want to learn to identify their stressors and learn healthy ways to effectively manage necessary stress in their lives. In a safe and supportive environment you will have the chance to:-

  • Gain understanding of stress and recognition of the positive and negative effects on our health holistically.
  • Identify sources of stress and clarify which we can and cannot control.
  • Recognise the signs and symptoms of stress.
  • Identify your personal styles and strategies for coping with stress and build on those that are effective.
  • Decide on personal changes necessary to reduce stress, release your positive energies and experience peace of mind.
  • Gain a variety of stress management strategies including-: meditation, breathing techniques, learning to express feelings healthily and finding support networks.
  • Practise relaxation techniques to help reduce stress and induce calm.
  • Make action plans and work out what support you need.

Francesca Hannah is a UKCP Registered psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, and has over 15 years’ experience as a group facilitator.
