A £10 deposit is required when you book, to secure your appointment. But don’t worry; if you change your mind a full refund will be given provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Please have your credit or debit card ready when you phone. We shall also ask you for your billing address. An email receipt will be issued on request.

You pay the balance of the test fee by cash or by debit card (eg Maestro or Visa debit card) at your appointment when the DNA samples are collected. There is a 4% surcharge for credit cards (eg Visa, MasterCard). All the fees shown on this page are fully inclusive, with no hidden extras.

Express Processing
The standard in-laboratory time is 7–9 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you would like the results sooner, we have four levels of Express processing. Click here for express DNA test processing times. If you require Express DNA testing, the following fees (per case, not per person) should be added to the cost of the test.

Example of Express Processing
Clients attend their clinic appointment on a Monday and order an Express test. The samples arrive at the laboratory administration centre by 1pm on the Tuesday. Samples will be booked into the laboratory at 9am the following day (Wednesday). The processing starts from that point. In the case of the Platinum Express service, the results will be available that Wednesday evening.
